Biography.gifBiography

When the Daedalus was installed with Asgard technology, Hermiod was assigned as a technical adviser to ensure that the Asgard technology was used properly. When the Daedalus engaged with the Wraith Hive ships attacking Atlantis, Hermiod had to, reluctantly, modify the Asgard Transporters to beam nuclear weapons aboard the Wraith ships. Later Hermiod found a virus in the Daedalus' systems which took over the ship, Hermiod worked on activating the hangar shield when the virus opened the hangar door in an attempt to kill Colonel John Sheppard and Dr. Rodney McKay. (ATL: "The Siege, Part 3", "The Intruder")

When The Trust planted a bomb in Atlantis, Hermiod modified the Daedalus' hyperdrive in order to complete a faster journey and get in range of Atlantis to relay the information about the bomb. Later he calculated how to beam the Goa'uld symbiote out of Colonel Steven Caldwell. When the Daedalus was evacuating the Taranians, Hermiod was able to analyse the data from the planets supervolcano and determine how long it would take for it to erupt. Hermiod later worked with McKay on finding a way past the Wraith jamming frequencies. (ATL: "Critical Mass", "Inferno", "Allies")

Hermiod was consulted when McKay and Jeannie Miller were building a matter bridge and then had to beam an alternate McKay into a containment field in order to help him get back to his reality. Hermiod was given a code from McKay which when implemented woudl increase the Daedalus' shield strength. Hermiod was on Orilla when all the Asgard decided to end their existence. (ATL: "McKay and Mrs. Miller", "Tao of Rodney", SG1: "Unending")
